RECOGNITION
For me, art is an analytical activity, a self-analytical, non-objective attitude, it strives for recognition, and this process interacts with conscious and unconscious contents, putting them in a new light. Art is the only activity where a person is present as a person, as a true individual. Only in art can it transcend the animal level, because art opens up to realms that transcend space and time.
