Artist's Biography
Xie Ping, full time artist, born in Chongqing in1964, lives and works in Highland Art Zone, Chengdu.

Fragment series:
I like to think in uncertain abstract images. and am myseif full of contradiction just like my Fragment series. New scientific or supernatural phenomena fill me with doubts about systematic and logistic formula...
lf we can get out of our bodies, what will we see in ourselves? what will we say to ourselves...
Only when I overthrow my judgment on reality and regulareity can I extend my imagination to new things .Fragment series are probably artistic works that require observation. Contemplation, and understanding through our own nature which we have never seen of anticipated.
