Ulysses Duterte

Ulysses Duterte was born on May 1967 in Naga City, Philippines. A former member of Bicol Artists Guild now Cebika, Duterte migrated to the United States in March of 1995. Since then he made California, Nevada and New Jersey a venue for his artistic expressions. He proved that a new place cannot alter his subjects.
