MASAMI is an international Japanese artist based in Réunion Island. She dedicates for Landart, indoor and outdoor installation, sculpture, painting, photograph, poem, weaving and dying.

The benevolently fierce blaze of the sun,
Liberating an inextinguishable cycle of life abundantly
Complex then simple as perception evolves
one life force in cosmic tango
while the benevolent sun vigilantly nourishes all


To create my artwork, I like to experiment. For me, this is the life force: a transition between the aggressive material which is the human life and the brightness of every human spirit. This is not just about my art process; it is also my way of life.
I believe in purity of life force which can not be spoiled. This pureness touches us and takes us into many hearts. It evokes and brings peace into minds while generating life’s dynamic energies.
My research is usually about this sense of life force, but most importantly, it is about focusing on the hidden power of art and its immortality.
