Alexander Richard Carbonell, born in Havana, Cuba, epitomizes the fusion of tradition and contemporary art, shaped by his education in the Cuban graphic school tradition at the San Alejandro Academy and the Higher Institute of Art. As both a student and later a teacher and committee member at San Alejandro Academy, his dedication to art education was evident. Carbonell's artistic style seamlessly blends traditional techniques with vibrant colors and symbolic forms, creating a distinctive visual language.
