Sandra Ansaldi

Born in Mondovi, Piedmont (Italia), in 1975. Now I live, work and paint in Paris. I'm a doctor, specialized in psychiatry.

Having always painted, from 2003 I frequented dedicatedly during 4 years the workshops of two Turinese masters, where I developed my abstract technique. Besides painting, I also dedicate myself to the engraving.

Since january 2011, I'm part of « Arting Association » () and I attended the historic workshop IDEM located in Montparnasse.

In 2008 I worked on a project of covers for Alfredo Marzano's book appeared at the beginning of 2009 (Iecur: storie e chimere. Ed. SEEd). I also dedicate myself to the writing, more particularly to the poetry, what was worth to me several literary prizes (prize Pierangelo Bessone, on 2003; Prize Pavese to San Stefano Belbo, on 2004; Prize of the city of Mesagne, on 2005). I published for "Gli Spigolatori" Editions a little anthology of Italian poetries in october 2011.

My artistic skills and eye developed in parallel of my medical studies. During 5 years indeed, from the age of 25, I frequented the workshops of various Turinese masters with whom I worked on representational and other pictorial techniques, as well as on abstract art. I currently work in Paris and in Piedmont, Italia nd made exhibitions in both countries.,
