Irina Kara

Irina Kara is a contemporary artist from Chișinău, Moldova, whose works explore the emotional depth of color, texture, and light. Her artistic vision combines expression and structure, often revealing the subtle interplay between chaos and harmony. Through her abstract and semi-figurative compositions, she translates inner states and fleeting sensations into vibrant visual language.
Kara’s paintings are recognized for their rich layering and dynamic contrasts, evoking both intensity and contemplation. Each work invites viewers to slow down and experience the dialogue between intuition and form.
Her artworks are part of private collections in various countries, including Italy, Great Britain, Israel, Turkey, Australia, and Canada, as well as in institutional collections in Moldova.

She graduated Technical University of Moldova, Faculty of Architecture.
