Pero Rajkovic

Traveling as a form of the knowledge of the world, I started as a player in the artistic group of the national folklore ballet (Branko Krsmanovic) touring Mexico and Guatemala, meeting the modern Mexican art as well as the art of Maya and Incas. I continued my travels as a painter who exhibits throughout the world and as a guest of friends of artists of various expressions (musicians, writers, painters)
I have visited many times studios in Cite des Arts in Paris, painting and exhibiting my art.
These journeys are often recorded in the titles of paintings on which landscapes of nature were created - the landscapes of the human soul.

I changed traveling around the world in 1998 with life on Danube and Grocka. I traveled viewing landscape of the Vojvodina and the starry sky.
It all ended briefly in 2012 when a studio and a large part of the paintings disappeared in a large fire.
Now I travel again as a guest with my friends all over the world.

Born on December 11, 1958 in Belgrade, Serbia.
Completed elementary school and Eight classical gymnasium in Belgrade. Studied architecture, at the Faculty of Technical Science, University of Belgrade from 1977 to 1981. After that I enrolled the Faculty of fine Arts in Belgrade, where attended the classes of prof. Milica Stevanovic, prof. Stevan Knezevic, and prof. Vojislav Todoric. Gradueted in 1987 with degree in painting, and acquired the MFA degree in painting from the same faculty in 1991. From 1987 to 1989 worked at The school for Technical education in Belgrade, as a professor of Art education.
Member of the Serbian Fine Artists Association (ULUS), since 1988, and a freelance artist since 1989.
