She worked as Studio Resident Artist at Kanoria Centre for Arts, Ahmedabad (2006 to 2008). She has been awarded by the Gujarat State Lalit Kala Academy (1991 & 1999). She has also honored 'Rashtriya Kala Sadhika Samman” by Kalashruti, Indore (2008) & “Women's Excellence Award 2016” by Utkarsh Healthcare Foundation (2016)
Fine Art Diploma in Painting (1975), and Art Master (A.M.) (1975) from CN College of Fine Arts, Ahmedabad.
She has held many solo shows in Ahmedabad, Banaras and more than 60 group shows of her works held at Ahmedabad, Mumbai, New Delhi, Jakarta, Udaipur Lucknow and other places.
