My name is Agnieszka, and I am a self-taught visual artist living in Ireland. I paint in the rare free moments I have after my daily shifts at work. For me, painting is not just a passion—it is my deepest internal therapy and a raw diary of my life experiences.
My work is deeply autobiographical and born out of survival. I clothe my tired, wounded, and emotionally scarred heroines in beautiful, lavishly patterned robes because, despite everything they have endured, they carry a profound inner beauty, resilience, and pride. Each canvas serves as a silent story about vulnerability, shared secrets, and spiritual survival in a fractured world.
Despite balancing everyday struggles as a single mother, my authentic necessity to paint has touched audiences abroad. I am incredibly proud to have been named an Emerging Artist and finalist at the Noname Collective Gallery in London, and to have had a comprehensive series of four of my paintings selected by an independent international jury for the Artiade exhibition in Valencia. I paint to survive, to protect, and to find light.
