Aleksander Peca

Born, lived and presumably died in a little town of the little land south of the Alps.
After learning how to speak and write in his own language and in those of people coming from out there he decided to move in the water city of Vecellio and Robusti to feed till death his endless love for driving the brush on the white countryside of canvas. The masters of colour have taught him deathless lessons to improve and make part of his being. In his works he tries to capture the reality of objects but the objects which live their own lives indipendent of reality. People and things that in real life never meet each other live in a magical symbiosis on a painted surface. Graceful geisha in a heavy knight's armour is watching a bird posing on her shoulder…

Aleksander Peca was born in 1972 in Nova Goriza, he graduated at Venezia Art Academy.
