Drawing inspiration from synthetic biology & real-world observations, Aleksandr’s themes are rooted in reality yet stretch into the realm of daydreams. Many of his artworks explore the interplay between human beings, natural environments, and imagined settings.

His work draws attention to the impacts of climate change, our coexistence with other forms of life, and the dreams that bind us to both reality and imagination
