Alexandra Petropoulou

Textured contemporary abstract artist inspired by the Mediterranean.
Alexandra Petropoulou is a Greek contemporary artist creating textured abstract paintings inspired by the movement of the sea, the Mediterranean landscape, and the emotional connection between nature and memory. Working with layered textures and sculptural surfaces, she creates atmospheric artworks that explore light, depth, and organic movement. Her paintings are designed to bring calm, elegance, and a refined contemporary presence into modern interiors. Influenced by coastal horizons, olive landscapes, and earthy natural elements, her work combines tactile texture with expressive abstraction, designed to shift subtly with light and space. Each artwork is original, hand-painted, and created with acrylic and mixed media on canvas.
