Alexandra Van Lierde Art

Alexandra Van Lierde is a French-Belgian artist, who was based in Manila from 2009 to 2019. She is now back in Brussels for nearly a year.
Amongst her colors, oils and brushes, Alexandra tries to capture the essence of life,and lights. Her paintings are usually said "abstract" as you can let yourself get into it with no distractions. It is all about emotions. Her paintings want to inspire you to stop, take a pause in your crazy life. Breathe and feel. She is inspired mainly by nature. Skies, waters, rocks or sun can be seen in her art works. Sometimes, in the middle of this painted blurriness, you can guess silhouettes of people, or cities, or vegetals. She wants to remind us that in the middle of chaos, you can also find passion, pure souls and poetry.
Her art works have already been shown in many cities, such as Istanbul, Shanghai, Manila or Brussels. She has already sold more than hundred art works, some are part of famous Art collections in Europe and Asia. Today, she shares her time between painting, writing and family.
