Alexandre is a Visual Artist and Architect, based in Berlin. He was born in Lisbon, 1981. He graduated in Architecture at FAUTL/Lisbon, 2005. After his studies, he moved to Barcelona and work for 'BCQ Arquitectura Barcelona'. In 2012 he expanded his international experience working in Beijing for 'DO Architecture Art Interior Gallery Fun'. In late 2012 he moved to Berlin and co-founded the architecture office PitLibermann GbR. In 2017 he joined an Artist Coaching Program at 'CREART-Artistic and Creative Research Labs', Barcelona and since then he works primarily as a Visual Artist. He has worked thus far mainly with mixed-media, on canvas and paper. Now his interests are shifting towards the physical separation of elements within the artwork, creating spaces in-between, incorporating architecture into his artistic practice.
