Aesthetically, I have been fascinated with and fixated on avant-garde fashion photography since childhood. Conceptually, I am interested in the interplay of seemingly oppositional notions. Many of my works are meant to exist in a visual state of tension, wherein both chaos and control are at work. My work is also equally systematic as it is surreal. Dreamscapes are often a point of departure for me. I also enjoy a rigorous creative process, one that is heavily time consuming while both physically and mentally taxing. Intricate line work and tedious collage techniques are among my signatures.
