Alfa Canis Mayoris

Alfa was born and raised in Yogyakarta, into a farming family. His childhood was deeply connected to nature. His first paintings were of landscapes, mountains, rice paddies, and the sun, painted on the ground with dry twigs.
His childhood films remain a constant memory and a part of his artistic process.
He began his career after studying at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts, and his work has been exhibited several times at the National Gallery in Jakarta in selective exhibitions.
Alfamay's artistic concept is "Line and happy color."
