Alla Shliakhova
Artist – professor –art critic– writer – poet – maecenas.
Alla Shliakhova has an international certificate of the Master of Arts. He is the dean of the Art department International Academy of Arts and Science, as well as Honorary member of the International Maritime Association. She works in different genres, su Alla chas still life and portrait but her favorite one is the landscape. Artist’s favorite technique is pastel. As a high-level professor in painting, she uses and teaches all known techniques and materials (oil, acrylic, gouache, watercolor, pastel, coal, sepia, sanguine, pencil, etc.) and has her own training methodology.
Alla was born in Kharkiv.
In 1984, she graduated with honors from the Kharkiv children’s art school named by I. Repin
In 1988, she graduated with honors the Kharkiv State School of Art where she learned from Yu.Lutsenko.
In 1994, Ms. Shliakhova graduated with honors from the Kharkov Art and Industry Institute (current the Kharkov State Academy of Design and Arts, where her teachers were V. Kovtun, E. Spitsevich, Yu.Stakhanov, V. Sizikov and S. Besedin.
Since 1992, she has been a member of Greenpeace in the fight to protect the environment.
