Al Salerno (Turin, 1987) is an Italian photographer and visual artist based in Palermo, Italy.
His photographic practice combines analog processes with a poetic documentary approach, characterized by a raw yet intimate visual language.
Through long-term projects, he explores cultural identity, collective rituals, human connection, and the relationship between individuals and their communities. His work often focuses on the body, everyday life, and social dynamics, seeking moments in which the personal and collective intersect.
