Amal Ned

A visual artist and designer from Kerala, India, whose practice bridges fine art, design, and cultural storytelling. His journey began with a foundation in art and design, deeply shaped by observation and intuitive sensitivity.
Through his multidisciplinary studio, AmalNedArt, Amal has cultivated a diverse body of work that includes drawings and paintings, digital and mixed media, installations, time-based media, and research-driven documentaries. His design practice spans graphics and illustration, branding and visual identity, architecture, and interior and spatial design.
His practice weaves personal narratives, intersections of cultural heritage and contemporary aesthetics. Guided by a vision to preserve beauty and meaning in a fast-changing world, he strives to create works that move beyond surface aesthetics, pieces that resonate universally, provoke thought, and leave a lasting impression. His creative approach values authenticity, purpose, and process, grounding each work in conceptual clarity and emotional depth.
