Andersen Woof (b. 1989) is a Chinese-American painter who lives and works in Baltimore, Maryland. Woof has exhibited with Semiose Gallery (Paris, France), 1969 Gallery (New York, NY), Fortnight Institute (New York, NY), CPM Gallery (Baltimore, MD), Vardan Gallery (Los Angeles, CA), and Acappella Gallery (Naples, Italy). His work has been featured in New American Paintings, Platform by David Zwirner, Art Verge, Art Viewer, Booooooom, Connaissance des Arts, The Steidz, Baltimore Fishbowl, The AIDS Memorial, and Mepaintsme. Woof is a finalist for the Hopper Prize and a two-time semifinalist for the Janet & Walter Sondheim Art Prize. He received the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Fellowship for his 2025 ...
