I see photography as the art of capturing time - preserving not only a moment, but also its atmosphere, emotion, and underlying story.
Studio photography holds a special place in my artistic practice. I draw inspiration from classical painting, the mastery of the Old Masters, chiaroscuro, and the dramatic beauty of light. In my work, I combine traditional studio lighting with my own distinctive approach to light painting, using light to reveal subtle textures, uncover delicate tonal transitions, and emphasize the character of each subject.
For me, light is more than a means of illumination - it is a tool for sculpting form and creating depth. Through the deliberate interplay of light and shadow, I seek to bring a sense of three - dimensionality and physical presence to my images. This personal approach allows me to create photographs with a painterly quality, in which light does more than reveal an object; it uncovers its character, texture, and emotional resonance.
