Andson Clerio

Andson Clério is a Brazilian contemporary sculptor whose practice explores the structural principles of living systems, organic growth, and fractal patterns through metal wire. Working primarily with metal wire including brass, cooper and steel his sculptures investigate the relationship between natural logic and material transformation, translating processes of growth, resilience, balance, and repetition into sculptural form.

Constructed entirely through the interweaving of metal wire, without soldering or joints, Clério’s sculptures investigate how simple structural relationships generate complex organic forms. The works translate principles of growth, balance, and interconnectedness found in living systems into sculptural language.

Active as a sculptor since 2012, Clério has developed a distinctive body of work that positions sculpture as a living system shaped by time, rhythm, memory, and matter. His works are held in private collections in Brazil and internationally.
