Angela Iandelli

Hi it’s Angela Iandelli and I am an Italian self taught painter. I am 66 years old but if I think about me I am always sure to be 10 years less. By the way I have started painting canvas with acrylics and thin paper. It was 23 years ago when my two daughters got married and in three years I found myself alone with my husband.
It was such a therapy for me. I was suffering from ”empty nest syndrome”. Then my subjects and technique changed in the years as you can see from my gallery.
I enjoy my job and spend hours painting and I listen to music while doing it.

I attended the high school and I was happy with the kind of school I chose, I liked all my subjects. During those years my dream was to become a journalist or an archeologist but it resulted to be an unreachable dream.
I had two baby girls before turning 21 and my job was the most difficult in the entire world but also full of happiness and pride. In any case... I would have never imagined myself as an artist ... and here I am.
