I value the power and richness of artistic possibilities to respond to content directly, metaphorically, or symbolically.
Accordingly, my works often contain hidden and subtle references to what lies beneath the surface.
If I can make the viewer pause, encourage reflection and questioning, or simply bring a smile and offer enriching moments, then I am grateful.

Artist Profile

I studied philosophy, psychoanalysis, and theology/art history in Frankfurt am Main, followed by a doctoral degree.
My artistic training includes mentorships and studies with Volker Altrichter, the arte fact Art Academy in Bonn, Ilse Mallow (Offenbach), and Stephan Geisler (Bochum).

I am the recipient of the 1st Prize IbizArtGuide, a premium distinction among artists based in Ibiza.

I have been working as an independent painter since 2013.
My studio and primary place of residence are in Gelnhausen and Frankfurt, Germany.
