Anna Mamchur is a contemporary painter based in southern France, working primarily in acrylic on canvas. Her practice is rooted in academic training and a disciplined approach to composition, where structure, colour relationships, and spatial clarity form the foundation of each work.

Her paintings investigate the interaction between architecture, landscape, and atmosphere, often informed by the visual culture of the Mediterranean alongside subtle references to Ukrainian heritage. Rather than depicting specific locations, she constructs composed environments that balance observation with memory and emotional perception.

Mamchur’s work is characterised by expressive yet controlled colour, simplified forms, and a search for equilibrium between decorative surface and spatial depth. Each painting is an original, hand-painted piece that reflects a sustained exploration of light, place, and quiet psychological presence.
