Hanna Burkovska

Hanna uses the language of symbolism as a means of exploring the inner states of a person. The author's architectural education gives a particular attention to the plasticity of lines and the rhythm of repeating elements, which makes it possible to create a dynamic structural balance in each composition.
Hanna frames the process of creating a painting as a meditative and ritual act, in which painting becomes a form of inner dialogue and contemplation.
The artist's favorite symbols form a creative and complementary balance of natural and feminine images, creating metaphorical spaces filled with themes of spirituality, fragility, intuitive strength, and harmony of inner states.
