Anna Finkelstein

I work as a 2D painter and 3D sculptural installation. In both areas I am searching for the transformation of space and matter. My aim is to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary. My painting is thus abstract. My installations deal with creating other worlds, re-inventing cities. I work with poor materials, sculpting and manipulating these into something other than their original purpose.
