Anna Maria Krycia

Sound and its correlation with ceramics are of particular importance in my work. My projects often refer to primary art and sculpture of nature, balancing on the border of art and design. I am fascinated by other cultures, their customs, rituals and spirituality.
I am inspired by Sumerian art, Indian Shipibo design, and religious architecture.

I work with clay, I create jewelry and graphics.

I graduated from the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, where I studied Ceramics Art and Design.
I spent half a year on a scholarship in Cyprus, working at the Ceramics studio in Limassol.
