Anna Suk

Hello, my name is Anna Suk. I am a self-taught artist from the city of Mariupol, Ukraine. Now I live in Kyiv. Prior to the war, I worked as a chief accountant. Having survived the blockade, bombing and famine in Mariupol, in the summer of 2022 I managed to leave the destroyed city occupied by Russia. I was able to take out some of my paintings by first removing them from the stretchers so that they do not take up much space. Painting is my hobby. I like to paint nature, seascapes, flowers. I like to fill my work with bright colors and sunlight. I don't stick
to one style of painting; it depends on my mood, the subject I want to draw and what emotions I want to show.
I work with oil paint and always use art supplies for paints, canvas, brushes, etc. to ensure the best quality.
