Anna Wacker

Anna Wacker is a Greek-Australian photographer based in Hamburg, known for her award-winning work in architectural, black and white, and fine art photography.

Her photographic journey began with a broad curiosity -capturing anything that caught her eye. Over time, however, she found herself increasingly drawn to architecture, perhaps echoing an unfulfilled dream of becoming an architect. What captivates Anna most is photography’s power to transcend reality. With her lens, she reshapes and reinterprets architectural forms, moving beyond simple documentation to evoke abstraction, emotion, and new perspectives. Her work exists at the intersection of the tangible and the imaginative, where structure meets soul. This ongoing exploration continues to fuel her creative vision and inspire her artistic evolution.
