Symbolic mixed media dreamscapes exploring memory, myth, and intuition.
Arina Luma is a California-based mixed media artist working in a style she describes as abstract realism — where emotion, intuition, and symbolic storytelling meet layered, textured technique. Originally from Russia, she blends oil, acrylic, ink, and gold leaf to create luminous, dreamlike scenes filled with feminine figures, spirit animals, and quiet mythologies.
Her work explores themes of memory, wonder, and connection, often beginning with a wordless spark and unfolding intuitively through process. Guided by symbolism and emotional resonance rather than logic, Arina constructs visual narratives that feel both familiar and otherworldly.
A graduate of the Milan Art Institute’s Mastery Program, she continues to build a body of work that invites viewers to pause, breathe, and step into an inner landscape where imagination leads and meaning reveals itself slowly.
