Born in 1961 in Braunschweig, artist A.R. Stern has been involved with art, its history, and its development up to the present day for nearly 40 years. Before, during, and after her studies from 1980 to 1984 at the University of Applied Sciences in Wolfenbüttel, she had the opportunity to undertake artistic studies with Marianne Winter, Renate Stöhr, and A. Höltje, as well as the sculptor H.-J. Calmbacher. She then began to develop her creativity further and to professionalize her artistic practice. Since 1992, she has been a co-owner of a successful art gallery in Berlin-Pankow, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in May 2022.
