A New World

The A New World Collection was created using ink on paper, and was inspired by the global 2020 pandemic, and how our journeys remained deeply interconnected, inspire of the physical isolation. The blocks of heavy dark colours evoke the emotional resonance of the unsettling political issues highlighted by the pandemic of 2020, and the brush strokes emanating from the pools of colour illustrate the arduous and possibly tentative journeys individuals found themselves forced to make in order to survive.
