Ikebana Tropical

Ikebana Tropical This series is inspired by Ikebana, the art of Japanese flower arrangements and the flowers and colours from the tropics. The concept explores the idea of arranging flowers to be offered to a higher power. Flowers should not be offered loosely, but should represent time and thought. The result are flowers carefully placed as objects of art in architectural style. This series is a collaboration between the floral artist Yan Skates and the photographer/director Carolina Mizrahi.
