SEASCAPES

Candyss is an American born Sydney based artist with a deep respect and affinity with the land and ocean. Candyss’ semi abstract seascapes are inspired by living next to the ocean in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. She walks daily along the beach and meditates to see the sun rise and the light sparkling on the water. She is a keen scuba diver and loves helping Ocean Care Charities. Her paintings are typically rich, textural oil paintings depicting the expansive horizon, the play of light, and coastal colours of the magnificent beaches of the great Australian Coast.
