Body Language

Body Language is an ekphrastic collaboration between myself and poet, Jessica Popeski. Poetry forms the flesh of these intimate self-portraits. By excavating issues of self-perception, body shaming, and body dysmorphia, Body Language asks loud questions about women’s beauty standards. The project also explores my ongoing fascination with the merging of photography, and digital illustration.
