The artistic work belongs to the Torso series, made of steel and painted yellow. The sculpture is based on an abstraction of the torso, human chest, emphasizing the volume between the arms and the abdomen. It works around a geometric reduction of the human breast, through linear shapes, which is developed from a central element on which the rest of the work gravitates. The simplicity in terms of form and line of this series aims to bring us closer to the essence of what is perceived and, to some extent, pay homage to classical, Greek and Roman sculpture, which we find in the human body as its source of inspiration.
