Childhood Memory

The inspiration of the collection is from the asian minority traditional crafts, fabric, knit or embroideries etc. I spent lots of my childhood in the museum, where exhibits lots minority collections and antiques, as my mum was working in it when I was a kid. It is a bit sad that lots of minority cultures are on the way of extinction like lots old things we are used to have, I started thinking to transform and recreate the old formation into the new and modern way of drawing to sustain the culture. I really love these cultural vibrant colors and the pattern from the past, like the memories of my childhood.
