Concrete

In this series I started to use concrete and many other types of building materials to bring up the structures and make the feeling of deepness. I am using many of layers of material on it, and is inspired by the old ramshackled buildings in the capital i am living also. I end this paintings by destroying it almost totaly, so the gesture i used was the gesture of destruction, in abstract expressionism way of thinking. After long time of thinking i have decided i will make a whole series of these strong and expressive paintings, showing the strength whitch i acquired by destroying old memories.
