Curve of the Leaf

I’m not one to enjoy being in the frame, but in this photo, it’s me. Creating this image was a real challenge since I shot it myself. This shot was taken in the early months of my stay in Thailand. Standing on the damp sand by the sea, I feel the gentle breeze caressing my skin. I firmly hold a large palm leaf in my hands, bending as if it were an extension of my body. At this moment, I experience a profound connection with nature, as if every gust of wind and every drop on my skin awaken my thoughts and feelings. This movement combines strength and grace, something primal, as if I’ve found a way to express my inner freedom by merging with the world around me.
