Fell & Folie (Fur & Foil)

The series "Fell & Folie" (Fur & Foil) consists of 10 analog photographs. The series is an earlier study and it´s all about composition and the different visual qualities of material. I created three kinds of material groups: one with natural material, one with artificial and a group in between of them. A sort of natural but processed material like paper and cardboards. Working on this series was a major challenge, because I photographed all of them with a Hasselblad and a middle format Color film. Creating the whole series analog was, even on the technical side a very important process to understand and to learn more about photography as a media.
