Floating Heads

They started simply with a fascination in the blobbing and cracking texture of clay on the face. Soon, however, they evolved into these heads floating over distant landscapes as a metaphor for our ever-growing digital existence. As people become gods that can virtually travel to anywhere in the world in microseconds, they are also becoming emoijis, icons and profile pics which are ever more distant from the material of the physical world.
