Hypnagogia

Hypnagogia is the transitional state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. During hypnagogia, it's common to experience involuntary and imagined experiences. Actual body senses, sounds, conversations, images that appear (rush), just when I fall sleep. I had it since I was a child, I noticed it at the age of 23, and I recently found that there is a term for that experience. I perceive it as a third state of existence (after dreaming), extremely unique, and with a strong sense of delicate equilibrium.
