My Coast

These paintings often begin with the photos captured during barefoot adventures with my husband and two young girls along local beaches and reserves. Large scale paintings that portray iconic images of the Illawarra coast line. Images of ocean pools, dune vegetation and boat sheds, featuring the undulating line of the shadowy escarpment in the background, are unmistakably Wollongong and reveal my fascination with the coast - and the ocean.
