Die 12 Rheintöchter / The 12 Rhine Maidens

There are not only 3 Rheintöchter (Rhine maidens). There are a dozen. 12 pieces that shows fabulous and unreal underwater beeings half human half animal. The series has been inspired by Richard Wagners Rheingold and the 3 Rhine maidens. I just have added 9 more sisters and created similar names that has been created from old German names and characteristics of rivers. Every artwork is signed, dated and named with its RWV cat. no. on reverse.
