The 12 apostles & the Spirit of God

In 2007 the scene was set before the mountain range of the "12 Apostles" in Cape Town, South Africa. It was here Boerger created these fabulous art works. In so doing he not only considers da Vinci´s vision of flying, but also uses his own inspiration to create an abstract modern version of da Vinci´s famous work. Blue and gold represent life and spirituality. The red landing marks depict the very „Spirit of God“ transferred to every single Apostel.
