Yosemite

The snowmelt in the Sierra from the winter of 2023 was historic. The snowpack was 243% above average for May. I couldn't wait to experience the beauty and waterfalls in Yosemite Valley. They were deafening close up and at a distance made a booming sound as the water sailed off the top of the mountains and hit the bottom pools many feel below. It was cold and there was still snow on the ground, it was exhilarating.
