Heat

My Heat Collection features experiments with infrared as a reprise of my long-term Traveler Palm project. I searched for exact framing that visually transformed the natural relationship between the dense shadows and bright leaves into a graphic, creating the sense of dark mystery and intense emotion that I believe is needed for large statement pieces. These naturally occurring visual relationships disappear forever with in hours due to growth, wear and sun angles, leaving only these images as evidence of that single moment of alignment.
