Hope Bay

I have collected images of Hope Bay over most of my life, but it wasn't until recently that I began to purposefully explore my collection. I have a lifelong emotional connection with Hope Bay. I learned and honed many outdoor skills here and enjoyed my time immensely. Hope Bay is a beautiful, calm, peaceful, rough and rocky part of the Niagara Escarpment situated on the Eastern edge of the Bruce Peninsula on Georgian Bay which is essentially part of the Great Lakes system. Its deep cool waters and rocky shores are a unique part of the Ontario landscape not found anywhere else. I wish I was there now.
